Pennsylvania Counties include; Bucks, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia and Berks.

New Jersey Counties include; Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, Mercer and Cape May. Please call for all other counties.

Francis J. McGuigan, Jr. is the Owner of Concept 2000 Appraisals. He has been in the Real Estate Appraisal Industry since early 1987, and is a Licensed Residential Appraiser in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Together with his staff, the Company has over 25 Years Appraisal experience.
